Their hands-on promotional style recently paid for their membership…because of Dottiemae and Harold’s networking at Chamber events, they were paid a visit a few weeks ago by a large group of Centurions shopping for theme party costumes. In one weekend, the Centurions purchased enough costumes from the couple to pay for one year of Chamber membership! Commenting about the incredible rush of business from the Centurions, Dottie said, “We are truly blessed.” Halloween is fast approaching, and if you’re shopping for the kids

The store is a testament to the young-at-heart nature of costumes and
theatrical ware, and in appropriate reverence of their wares, you’ll

over 10 years, Dottie Mae’s Costumes has been dressing Kansas Citians
in all kinds of themes for all kinds of occasions! A member of The Chamber
for the past three years, Dottie Mae’s Costumes has made the most
of their membership as store owners Dottiemae and Harold Groves bring
their good cheer and adventurous spirits to nearly every Chamber event.
You’ll catch them decked out at Business After Hours, Business Before
Hours, and each year at Chamber Day at the Speedway. They provide candy
and goodies to all who cross their path – giving even more incentive
to network with these fascinating and fun folk!
